Fusterlandia

Fusterlandia is a vibrant artistic neighborhood created by José Rodríguez Fuster, a Cuban painter, sculptor, and ceramist. Located in the small fishing village of Jaimanitas, on the outskirts of Havana. It is an open-air masterpiece that blurs the boundaries between public and private spaces. Over the years, Fuster transformed his own home and the surrounding neighborhood into a fantastical mosaic wonderland, drawing inspiration from Gaudí, Picasso, and Cuban cultural motifs.

Beyond aesthetics, Fuster's project engages the local community, turning it into a cultural hub while also boosting tourism and local pride. His work showcases Cuban folklore, Afro-Cuban culture into the mosaics.
